Established in 2005, Ningbo Quanli Machinery & Mould Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in casting mould process design, tooling development, production, aluminium alloy products and after-sales service. The company covers an area of 49,500m2, with 360 employees, including 75 scientific and technological personnel and 36 middle/senior engineers.

The company mainly produces casting moulds, die-casting moulds and auto parts products. The moulds include automobile engine body, cylinder head and various parts; railway vehicle rocker, sidestand, hook, hook tongue and other types. Applicable to various types of cold and hot core making and core making centre, moulding machine, automatic moulding line, air punching line, shell core machine, stacked sand core, gravity casting machine, die casting machine and other equipment. Auto parts are mainly non-ferrous castings, products include: compressor body and its accessories, new energy vehicle motor shell and its accessories, engine cylinder head and its accessories.

Our customers mainly include China CNR, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, FAW Group, Dongfeng Group, Guangzhou Automobile Group, Weichai Power, Beijing JingJin, Shanghai Electric Drive, Wolong Group, Linde Group, East China TEKSIDE, NEMAK, Germany BITZER, Cummins, U.S.A. SCT, and STRONGTONE.
