Ningbo Quanli Machinery Mold Co., Ltd. Was Established In 2005. The company is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in foundry mold process design, tooling development and manufacturing, aluminum alloy product production, and after-sales service. It covers an area of 49,500 square meters and employs more than 300 people, including 42 R&D personnel and 14 intermediate and senior engineers.

The company mainly produces foundry molds, die-casting molds and automotive components.

Mold products include automotive engine blocks, cylinder heads and various parts; railway vehicle bolsters, side frames, couplers, knuckles and other types. They are suitable for a wide range of equipment such as various cold and hot core making machines, core making centers, molding machines, automatic molding lines, air impact lines, shell core machines, stacked sand cores, gravity casting machines and die-casting machines.

Automotive components are mainly non-ferrous castings, including compressor bodies and accessories, new energy vehicle motor housings and accessories, engine cylinder heads and accessories.

The company has successively passed five major management system certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and Intellectual Property Management System.
